Just had our second power blip.  Centerpoint energy said they now have 1,300,000 customers without power (2.25 million people) out of 2 million customers (4.5 million people).  Another energy company has 100,000 without power.  We are getting into it now, but still aren't at Hurricane status.  The news has registered 50+ mph gusts out in Tomball and sustained winds of mid 40s.  75 mph wind gusts for the University of Houston.

oops! I just realized you posted this at 2 in the morning and it may be 6a.m. here, but the last time you posted was in the middle of the storm. (yes, I know i have my master's, but, alas, it seems i reverted to, my pre-Master's mentality :-)) I pray fervently that you all are all right. I long to hear that. Hoping you are able to post with news of a storm that you made it through unscathed. i love you so much. Mother HOW ARE YOU ALL ?
